Simply wear the mask as it is to block out light and enjoy instant relaxation anytime, anywhere.
2. Cold therapy:
Place the gel in the refrigerator (around 30 minutes) or freezer (10–20 minutes) before use for a refreshing, de-puffing effect.
3. Warm therapy:
Soak the gel in warm water (max. 140°F / 60°C) for 5–10 minutes for a soothing, relaxing experience.

okay so I was NOT expecting this. tried it mostly for the silk and ended up being obsessed with the cold gel. I woke up the next morning with way less puffiness than usual. The silk is so soft it's actually insane compared to what I had before.

There are 3 ways to use your mask:
Remove the gel insert before washing.
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild soap, then air dry.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Yes. The gel insert can be used for both hot and cold therapy depending on your preference.
Heat the gel insert in warm water at a maximum of 60°C / 140°F for 5–10 minutes.
Never use boiling water.
If using a microwave, heat in very short intervals (5 seconds, then 2–3 seconds if needed). Always test the temperature before use.
We recommend using the mask for 15–30 minutes when using the gel therapy, or as long as desired when used without the gel.
Yes. You can wear the mask overnight without the gel insert for complete darkness and comfort while sleeping.
Yes. The mask is hypoallergenic and made from 100% mulberry silk, designed to be soft and gentle on sensitive skin.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used masks cannot be returned unless defective.
