Patch-free: Wear the mask alone to relax and sleep better.
With patch:
- Cold: Place the patch in the refrigerator or freezer for a soothing effect.
- Warm: Heat the patch to relax your muscles in one of two ways:
- Water bath : immerse the patch in hot water (between 60 and 80°C maximum).
Microwave: Heat the patch for 5 to 10 seconds (depending on power).
Wear the mask for 10-20 minutes, as often as desired.
⚠️ Security:
Never boiling water (100°C)
Hot water maximum 80°C - turn off the heat before immersing the patch in it
Check that the patch is not damaged before heating it
Microwave: Start with 5 seconds, then add 2-3 seconds if necessary
The gel should never burn the skin
